Here are some doodles and stuff from my twitter lol
Every once in a while I’ll do a sketch dailies topic or i’ll post some progress shots of stuff i’m working on… I even do some twitter collabs with other great artists! So if you’re into that, check out my twitter yo
So today in my History of Animation class, we learned about the early Disney stuff. It was ssuuuuuuuper interesting. We talked about Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and his whole story, as well as the earlier Mickey shorts (in which Mickey is actually kind of a huge jerk). I found it all super inspiring so I scanned in these inks I did in class from my sketchbook!
superion123 asked: Do you do commissions?
Hello! I have been getting a lot of requests for commissions lately, and I SUPER appreciate anybody who said they are interested! Unfortunately, I have just been pretty swamped with schoolwork/RA stuff/life in general, so I won’t be doing anything for a while. I might open up slots in the summer? Even then, I will be in France and I will be busy:/ Gahhhhh I’m sorry about this, guys. If I do somehow manage to grab some free time, I will let y’all know and I’ll open commissions up! Until then, stay beautiful!
YAY more sketchbook pages!
For a character design class, we had to think of a live action television show, take four main characters, and then cartoonify them. Therefore, I present to you, “Drake and Josh: The Animated Series”.
The four characters are: Josh, Drake, Megan, and of course, Crazy Steve.
So, for my character design and storyboarding class, we were assigned our first, small project titled “Self Design”. Our professor wasn’t too specific with his instructions, but he wanted us to design a single character (not a turnaround) based on ourselves. He wanted it in black and white, and “deadline” which means no line weight (which sucks for me because I like to use a lot of line weight in my work lol). So this happened, and I don’t know what to expect with tomorrow’s critique:0 We shall see!
