Hey everyone! Sorry for the hiatus, it’s just been crazy ever since I got back from France. I’ve been so busy training for RA job and getting ready for the school year! I’m sure once the school year actually starts I will be updating regularly again. Here are some training doodles that I could muster up haha

Anonymous said: Your art is soooooooo good. Like seriously, if you made a TV show or anything, I would watch the heck out of it
Haha I appreciate it! It’s one of my biggest dreams to help create a television show, so it’s nice to know I’ll have someone willing to watch it!
Also, just an update: I do apologize for not uploading artwork lately! I have been in a big transitional phase and in a week I went from France to Pittsburgh to Savannah and it’s been crazy. I’m also in the midst of pretty intensive RA training at the moment. After things start to settle down though, I will definitely be updating and putting stuff out there regularly again! Thanks for understanding y’all!

Here are two more pieces that are going to be in the Open Studio exhibition here in Lacoste! They were both inspired by real places and events. Both done in photoshop CC.
Here’s a little elf drawing I put on twitter earlier this week! In the midst of getting everything prepped for the exhibition, I didn’t have time to color it.
ALSO! I have been getting a plethora of the same sort of questions, so I decided to make a F.A.Q. page for my blog. Check it out!

This is a three part piece I did for the Open Studio exhibition here in France. It’s a triptych titled Under the Same Sky.

Here’s a quick little comic I did based off of a short walk I took in Paris two weeks ago :^)

Here are the first couple of pieces for the Vernissage exhibition here in France! These pieces were developed in my Travel Portfolio class after hours of exploring, hiking, and discovering new and exciting places in the South of France. I wanted to experiment a little bit with elements in nature and to dabble with some abstraction. Taking a more fine art route with this class really opened my eyes to some new possibilities that I think will help me in the long run with my career in animation!

the-nerdy-blogger said: Have you ever used an art program called Paint Tool SAI? If so, what did you like/dislike about it? I love your art and usually on great blogs I do annon love but I dunno I am being a dumb. I just really love your art style and stuff...<3
Thank you! I super appreciate it :D I’m gonna be completely honest, I’ve never really used Paint Tool Sai. I’ve seen friends use it and create crazy awesome work with it, but unfortunately I’m a huge mac user, and Paint Tool SAI isn’t supported on macs :’( If you or anyone else knows how to get it on a mac without having to download crossover or adding windows (or anything too complicated), I would surely appreciate it! Thanks again for the ask!

Fun fact! I like to draw space and women with big hips.
So I recently read Bryan Lee O’Malley’s new graphic novel “Seconds” and holy cannoli it was awesome. Katie is such an amazing protagonist.
